Who Owns What...

Waverley has been built in phase by different house developers including Barratt Homes, Harron Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Avant and Skyhouse. At the same time the land owner Harworth still retain some ownership of roads like Lescar Road and Highfield Lane. In addition to this Rotherham Council has adopted a few of the roads including Mitchell Way, Stephenson Way, parts of Wensley Road, Ashbourne Road and Matlock Way as well as all of Parwich Court.
