A reminder that the Waverley Councillors will be getting their hands muddy this Sunday, starting at 10am at the Community Garden off Lescar Road.

You're welcome to join in by bringing your own spade and making a difference to the community garden, discuss matters with your councillors, or come along to say hello to us!

Submissions for the grant scheme should be sent to the Clerk by 5pm on Monday 22 November.

Remembrance Sunday

Harworth have provided more detail regarding the Olive Lane development. This includes the layout for the medical centre. The information can be found on their website.

The Waverley Community Councillors will be joining the Waverley Buds at the Community Gardens on Sunday 28 November 10am-1pm. Please do join us for a dig and, or a chat. All welcome!

The Waverley Community Council grant scheme, round two is now open. All submissions should be submitted to the Clerk by 5pm on Monday 22 November. The applications will be reviewed at the December meeting.

The Land Trust have informed the WCC today, that the drainage works between the small lake and the landfill are due to start on Monday 25 October. The works will be to create drainage ditches, as plan A - to install pipes is on hold due to the shortage of building materials. Rotherham Council have helpfully put out information about when to report a parking problem. There is a Traffic Regulation Order in effect around the Academy, which includes road markings. It means residents, including parents, can report the parking problems near the school.
