In-Year School transfers to WJA

Did you know that you can transfer your child back to Waverley Junior Academy into the additional school places from September 2025?

Parents can make an in-year application on 1 May 2025 for those children that will be starting in Yr 1-6. They can be done through the RMBC website and can also find further information on her about the 'in-year' process https://www.rotherham.gov.uk/school-admissions-3/apply-school-during-school-year (By the way, if you apply before 1 May RMBC will process the current school year and it will not be processed on the basis of the additional places being created at the WJA.)

All in-year applications will be processed in weekly batches, it's important that parents apply promptly after 1 May.
