Waverley Junior Academy and the third form

Under the section106 agreement (Town and Country Planning Act 1990) between RMBC and Harworth, once more than 1500 homes are constructed, it will trigger a part payment request from RMBC for the first instalment of the funds to extend the school. This trigger has now been met, and a request has been made by RMBC, and funds are being transferred by Harworth for the third form.
