Highfield Lane and Bradfield Way junction

Harworth and the RMBC Highways Team are in dialogue regarding the Highfield Lane and Bradfield Way junction.

It is highly likely that the junction will have some road markings added. However, this addition would be contrary to the section 38 Agreement of the Highways Act 1980, which RMBC have issued to Harworth, and has been signed-off. There needs to be technical approval for any changes from RMBC and who would need to issue a variation of the legal agreement, i.e. the section 38 agreement, to Harworth before any changes including road markings can be made.
