RMBC’s updated Section 106 - June 2022

The WCC has been provided with RMBC's updated Section 106 (Town and Country Planning Act 1990) agreement for Waverley. This is the legal document between RMBC and Harworth which stipulates all build conditions for the development of Waverley.

The WCC is sharing the whole document for residents to refer to when needed. It contains details for the school, parks and green spaces and provision for amenities and recreation, amongst other things.
