Waverley Waterside

As has been previously mentioned in the press David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes have purchased a plot of land within Waverley. This is the land between Central Park and the Lakeside, they have called it Waverley Waterside.

David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes are running a consultation about the development, and have created a website specifically for this. Some residents will have been leafleted about it too. The developers have indicated that a planning application will be submitted in the next few weeks, following the completion of the consultation period.
