The Harworth Group - We are Waverley
The organisation is the land owner of the site, the master developer. They obtained planning permission for the development in 2011. As well as building the main infrastructure, they also sell parcels of land to housebuilder including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, Avant, Harron and Skyhouse. They also continue to build units for some of the businesses on the Advanced Manufacturing Park, and in a few years will have completed Olive Lane.
The Land Trust
The Land Trust is a charity under the name of 'The Land Restoration Trust'. It is responsible for most of the green space management within the Waverley development. It delegates the actual day to day ground work to Nurture Landscapes.
